Jacksonville, FL (WTVL) - A Chicago Bears fan is brutally murdered at a bar in Jacksonville, Florida while in town for the game against the Jaguars.
Police arrested 27-year-old Matthew Hinson in the death of 42-year-old William Pettry of Illinois.
Hinson made his first court appearance today in Jacksonville on murder charges.
Witnesses say Hinson stabbed Pettry in the throat early Sunday morning, then calmly walked out of the bar.
Police say Hinson admitted in an interview that he stabbed Pettry, but couldn't remember why.
