Decatur, GA (WGCL) - The widow of an businessman fatally shot outside a suburban Atlanta day care in 2010 has pleaded not guilty to charges related to her husband's death.
Andrea Sneiderman was arraigned Monday.
She faces charges that include malice murder and criminal attempt to commit murder.
Sneiderman was arrested in August.
She's accused of conspiring with her former boss and lover, Hemy Neuman, to kill her husband, Rusty Sneiderman.
Neuman admitted to the killing and was sentenced in March to life in prison.
Sneiderman has denied involvement.
