(CNN) - The family of convicted child sex offender Jerry Sandusky wants their money back.
Sandusky's wife, Dottie, put up $50,000 in cash and the couple's home as collateral for Sandusky's $200,000 bond.
Sandusky's attorney has filed a motion to get the bond money back.
Sandusky, a former Penn State assistant football coach, is due back in court next week for a sentencing hearing.
In June, he was convicted of sexually assaulting 10-boys over a 15-year-period.
Some of the attacks took place on the campus of Penn State University.
