Christopher Young's murder conviction was unanimously affirmed by the high court.

He was sentenced to life in prison back in 2010 for the 2008 murder of 78-year-old Richard Boynton.

The Supreme Court unanimously affirmed Young's conviction on felony murder and armed robbery but over turned his burglary conviction.

They said he couldn't be convicted of that because it is already included in his felony murder conviction.
