Chattahoochee Oil Company headquartered in West Point, GA has closed on its acquisition of Wilson Oil Company based in Auburn, Alabama. This merger of the two companies creates one of the larger full service multi branded jobbers operating in the Southeast.
The combined company services over 225 retail dealers and commercial, farming and industrial accounts, distributing motor fuel and oil products both on its own trucks and by common carrier. Chattahoochee Oil is a branded jobber for Shell, Chevron BP, Marathon and Sunoco. It also distributes unbranded fuel through its proprietary Bog Cat, QS and Lo-Buck$ names as well as LIberty and Crown licenses.
Mr. Mashud Reza, Chairman and Mr. Loring F. Perez, President and the rest of the current Chattahoochee family welcome the employees of Wilson Oil to the Chattahoochee family. We look forward to a long and growing relationship with all the communities and people that we service.
A merger of the corporations is planned for later in the year resulting full integration of all systems into the new corporate headquarters to be based in Auburn, AL.
