Less invasive treatments for infertile women

A new medical procedure may help women and their fertility.

The new procedure can be used to go into a woman' s uterus and apply less invasive treatment to uterine fibroids, leaving her able to have children.

Until recently the only way to treat uterine fibroids was with a hysterectomy which left the woman without a uterus. But now doctors have developed a way to use an MRI to go into the uterus like a GPS and fix the problem with less invasive methods.

So far, The treatment has been used on three women with a success rate of 100 percent.
