
Got to talking with some of my walking friends at Cooper Creek this morning. It seems there is no magic formula for eating and losing weight. Some principals are constant. But, some are unique to individuals. For instance...some don't every eat breakfast and still control their appetites the rest of the day. A couple of them don't eat much during the day, but, they tend to consume their calories later in the evening...And me...well, I like to spread them out. I eat a little bit, kinda graze during the entire day......That works for me......
Need some volunteers to let the world know about your favorite recipe. So let me know. I'll definitely have you on the show...And...need someone who's not shy to talk about how their weight loss is going.
I slipped up just a bit, but, I'm on track to low 10 pounds by the end of July!!! No problem...I got it!!!!
