Got a kind of surprise today. I was walking at the park early this morning. And low and behold, I pass a guy on the phone ‘cussin' up a storm. And he kept cussin and kept cussin. So, when I got to work I called the police department and guess what. U

Using profanity in public is not a crime. If someone wants to do it, he or she can basically get away with it. Some call is freedom of speech. I call it being ill mannered and unlearned. There are a couple of times they might get into trouble. If they're using profanity to threaten you, or if its in the presence of a small child. What is the world coming to?
