Gag Order Filed in the Michael Curry Case

Stefanie Tiso

Anyone involved in the Michael Curry case is now ban from talking to the media about it. District Attorney Julie Slater filed the motion to put a gag order on the case, yesterday.

A hearing was scheduled for 11:30 on Friday. Judge Allen said today that if Slater and Curry's attorney, Robert Wadkins agreed on, and signed a gag order before then, there would not be a hearing. NBC 38 got word around 4:00 Thursday afternoon that the hearing was cancelled.

Judge Allen confirmed that the gag order has been signed.
