Mental Evaluation Ordered For Lockhart

A judge has ordered a mental evaluation of Courtney Lockhart, the man accused of killing Auburn University freshman Lauren Burk.
Attorneys for Lockhart requested that a hold be put on the case, so that tests could be done to determine if he was in a competant mental state during the time of his arrest.a trial date has not been set.
