BIRMINGHAM, Alabama (AP) - Princeton Baptist hospital in Birmingham is disputing a man's account that his penis was amputated at its facility. Johnny Lee Banks Jr. says in a lawsuit that circumcision last month went horribly wrong. Two doctors say Bank's lawsuit is frivolous and designed to harm their reputations.

NEW ORLEANS (AP) - Lawyers for people who say defective Chinese drywall wrecked their homes have filed a new lawsuit against the manufacturers. It adds a new defendant - the Chinese commission that oversees 117 widespread companies including aerospace, nuclear power and electronics.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (AP) - A reward up to $5,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction in a church arson in Jefferson County. Sheriff's officials say a witness told investigators a man broke one of the church's front windows and set the building on fire. The witnesses put out the fire after seeing the suspect running away.
