Poor Sleep Habits Lead to Poor Health for Teens

Teens risking their health by not getting enough sleep.

Teens who don’t get enough sleep may have more risk factors for heart disease.

Harvard scientists found nearly one third of the 800 teens they studied , slept less than 7 hours a night.

Those who slept the least tended to have more body fat , high blood pressure and unhealthy cholesterol levels.
