How Much Do You Know About CPR?

Your Health Minute

Most Americans don’t know CPR.

In Your Health Minute, most of us are not prepared to help in a heart health emergency.

That’s according to a new report from the Cleveland Clinic.

About half of people surveyed said they knew cpr, but, only one in six actually knew to only do chest compressions , with no breaths on an adult.

Just 11 percent knew the correct pacing for compressions, 100 to 120 beats per minute.

And only 27-percent said their workplace was equipped with an automated external defibrillator.
