(CNN) – Three of the biggest names in banking, investment, and e-commerce are coming together to tackle healthcare.

Those names are Jamie Dimon of JP Morgan-Chase, Warren Buffett of Berkshire Hathaway and Jeff Bezos of Amazon.

They have announced a yet-unnamed company to provide their U.S. workers and families with a better healthcare option.

As of a year ago, the three companies combined total of 840,000 employees, but it’s not clear how many are in the U.S.

According to a statement, the new entity will be quote, “free from profit-making incentives and constraints.”

Buffett says the idea behind the plan, which is in its early stages is to reduce the impact that ballooning healthcare costs have on the economy.
