Hawaii Missile Alert: Investigation Complete
HAWAII OFFICIALS WILL HOLD A PRESS CONFERENCE ON TUESDAY TO RELEASE RESULTS OF AN INTERNAL INVESTIGATION
(KHON) – Hawaii officials have completed their investigation into the false missile alert from earlier this month.
On January 13, people in Hawaii were given warning about an apparent attack.
For nearly 40-minutes residents and visitors there literally feared for their lives.
It turned out to be a human mistake that caused the scare.
A press conference on the results of the internal investigation is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon, at 10:30 A.M. local time.
