Who’s In and Who’s Out of the Sugar Bowl from Alabama’s Defense
NICK SABAN TALKS THE MATCHUP ON DEFENSE BETWEEN CLEMSON AND ALABAMA
We are just one more sleep away from the college football semifinals. Down in New Orleans Alabama and Clemson will prepare for yet another battle in the post season but this time Alabama’s defense will look a little different.
As of this morning head coach Nick Saban updated the media on inside linebackers Dylan Moses and Shaun Dion Hamilton being officially ruled out of the game and they will miss safety Hootie Jones who suffered a knee injury in the Auburn game.
Mack Wilson will be available to play to help fill in the hole left by both key signal callers Moses and Hamilton.
Linebackers Terrell Lewis and Christian Miller are said to be close if not 100% already and should be effective in the game.
Alabama and Clemon’s defense rank 1 and 2 in FBS scoring, something head coach Nick Saban says will make it tough to predict how the game will unfold saying, “so that means these defenses have been hard to score on for whatever reasons, but we have had some of these scenarios in the past and the games we have played in the past and they have been high scoring games so really hard to predict in my opinion how this game will turn out.”
