Drink Lots of Water and Eat Healthy for Christmas

If you don’t plan to eat healthy on Christmas you probably won’t.

In Your Health Minute, It’s the most wonderful  and stressful time of the year.

But there are some ways to stay physically and mentally healthy over the next few days.

One of the biggest pitfalls of the holidays is overindulging in food and drink.

When traveling to see family experts suggest packing healthy snacks like nuts, veggies and fruit  and instead of sugary treats.

If you do sit down to a large meal smart with small portions take time to chew and eat slowly.

And as always, drink plenty of water.

It helps keep your digestive system well lubricated and moving.
