Juror Asked to Go Home, Wasn't Feeling Well
Jurors in the Markale Hart murder trial deliberated for a third day, but still no verdict.
Hart is accused of shooting and killing Auburn Football Player Jakell Mitchell.
Judge Christopher Hughes sent the jury home after a note sent to him said “one of the jurors wasn’t feeling well and asked to go home.”
Monday, things got heated in the jury room and some of them became “hostile.”
They will be back Wednesday for a fourth day of deliberations at 9 a.m.
