In ‘Your Health Minute,’ who’s the happiest in the United States?
According to one study, they are folks who live in Minnesota.
The financial website “Wallet Hub” ranked the states on life satisfaction, based on factors like emotional health, income level, depression rates and sports participation.
Rounding out the top five happiest states, were Utah, Hawaii, California and Nebraska.
West Virginia was named the least happy state followed by Oklahoma, Louisiana, Alabama and Arkansas.
Hawaii has the lowest share of adult depression and Oregon has the highest.
And FYI Colorado has the highest adequate sleep rate, while Hawaii has the lowest.
