Attorney accused of sharing Andrew’s video

Nashville, TN (WSMV) Testimony continues in the Erin Andrews case Thursday, but there’s a lot of talk going on about something that happened outside the courtroom.

Neal Peskind, an executive with West End Hotel Partners, the company being sued by Andrews for $75 million, was accused by a bartender of showing the nude video to people at Margot Cafe and Bar and making fun of Andrews’ body.

Peskind responded with a statement that reads in part "I was at a private dinner meeting with friends. They brought up the allegations and they started viewing the video. I asked them to stop, and while they did so, it was not as quickly as I had hoped. This incident has been blown into something it was not."
