Apple fight heads up

(NBC) The battle between Apple and the FBI continues to grow. Today Apple asked a federal magistrate to reverse an order requiring the company to help the FBI hack into the locked phone of one of the San Bernardino shooters.

Testifying before a Senate hearing today, FBI director James Comey said he understands the importance of law enforcement having capabilities to unlock cell phones for investigations. "Part of me thinks that’s great! I don’t want anybody looking at my stuff, said Comey, but then I step back and say….you know…law enforcement…which I’m a part of…really does save peoples’ lives." Others like Apple’s CEO Tim cook believe that the software could be stolen and the purpose of it could backfire.
