Jim Thomas returns to join Dee Armstrong and Miller Robson in the mornings on WLTZ
COLUMBUS, Ga. – Jim Thomas, will be joining the crew of ‘WLTZ First News Today” starting Monday, February 15th.
Drew Rhodes, General Manager of the station, said, “I’m excited to have someone of Jim’s calibre joining our team”. He added, “Jim’s resume has a lot of highlights on it including working in Los Angeles at KNBC-TV, in Atlanta at WAGA-TV (Fox 5), and in Columbus, GA (WRBL-TV and WYEA-TV) in different positions including anchor, reporter, and news director. He actually started his career in sports here at WLTZ-TV back when the station’s call letters were WYEA-TV.”

“WLTZ First News Today” airs 5-7am EST (4-6am CST) on WLTZ-TV, the NBC affiliate here in the Columbus, GA market, and from 7-7:30am EST (6-630am) on The CW Ga-Bama.
