UPDATE: House to vote to repeal health law for 40th time

WASHINGTON (AP) — House
Republicans are planning another vote today on a bill that would repeal
President Barack Obama's health care law.

It'll be the 40th time the GOP has tried to do away with some or all of the law.

Previous
attempts have died in the Senate, which is controlled by Democrats. The
measure being considered today would prevent the Internal Revenue
Service from enforcing or implementing any part of the health care law.
