“Duck Dynasty” Art benefits Wildlife

(WWL)-A reality TV show family is trying to use celebrity to save Louisiana's dwindling wetlands.

The
Robertsons of A&E's “Duck Dynasty” announced a project to raise
money to preserve waterfowl habitat that's being lost to coastal
erosion.

The bearded family that made it's name designing duck calls recruited Louisiana artist Michael Hunt.
He created a lithograph and print called Duck Commander after the Robertson's famous duck call.

Hunt's lithograph is on sale for $250 dollars and the prints are selling for $75 dollars.

The
Robertsons hope this is the start of an annual tradition, teaming up
with a different Louisiana artist to create a unique piece each year
featuring a different species of waterfowl.
