Chicken Salad Chick Franchisor Adds Four New Associates

operations with responsibilities for day to day operations for
both company-owned and franchised stores.  With more than 25 years of
experience, Mr. Croxdale has served in various executive level roles
spanning training, field operations and franchise operations.  He
attended University of South Carolina.


Schenck is the company's new corporate franchise developer.   A
graduate of Auburn University, she spent her early years in her family's
pizza company before she transitioned into foodservice sales with a
leading food distributor.  In her new role, Ms. Schenck will oversee
vendor and franchisee relations and restaurant décor and build out.


of Corporate Training Cynthia Witt-Hopkins is a peak performance
strategist with more than 30 years of experience in human resources,
and development, hotel and restaurant management and executive
recruiting.  Her responsibility at Simply Southern Restaurant Group is
to lead the training and talent development of Chicken Salad Chick
staff. Ms. Witt-Hopkins attended West Virginia University.


Issiac has been named office manager and bookkeeper.  With more than 30
years of private industry experience, Ms. Issiac oversees office
operations, policies, procedures and capital resources.  She graduated
from Auburn with a concentration in horticulture.
